We understand how frustrating it can be when a shipment is not delivered as expected. Our shipments are sent in large batches, and unfortunately, it can happen that a shipment is not scanned in by the carrier and therefore cannot be located, even though it has left our warehouse.

Easy all the way round. Takes a gentle hand and I like them a lot!
It almost impossible to get the bags around the rim of the bucket without a tear out along the seams.
Sometimes if the bags are stored for a long time, or exposed to too much heat, cold, or humidity, they can start to decompose and become more fragile.
