Excellent purchase experience. Hard to believe it arrived so fast. We had planned to break open the box and install a few days after delivery but - Now we are in a Polar Vortex and temps below zero and we will hold off on hole in the wall installation and some old house steel water pipe cutting needed to remove the old water hog toilet. When temps rise, we are on it. Happy to have purchased this! If all goes well, we will be ordering a second one. Maybe a third.
Arrived quickly, worked like a charm. Just wish the original set had not needed replacement...
Makes a tremendous difference in the stability of the toilet. Highly recommend for anyone that was an early adopter of the Tiny before they made this change to the seat design
Fantastic. The previous one lasted 10 years with some care but it’s time to renew. Ok I slipped and fell on it and cracked the top. Some gorilla glue fixed it perfectly but I decided to get a new one anyway. This is the most comfortable seat I’ve ever encountered.
Separate has always been prompt with my orders. This is the first time I’ve ordered a. Screen to cover the fan. But I’m ordering bags on a regular basis and they’ve always been very prompt.

If you use a Separett toilet, these things are an absolute necessity. They keep the drain pipe clean and keep the odor way down! They do have the standard public restroom sanitary summer breeze scent, but it beats the smell of stale urine.
I was send this kit after I contacted customer service about some leakage in my camper toilet. Installation was fairly easy and it seems to have completely solved the problem. I am beyond pleased, with the upgrade and with the customer service. Any other company I would have had to improvise some homemade solution to this. Thanks so much!

Was so nice to replace the top section of our Villa that we have been using full time for 6 years. It was a very easy changeout - just 4 screws and I did it alone in about 15 minutes. Took more time to find the allen wrenches than to complete the changeout.
The black bags are great, but you have to be careful when opening your packing cause the first bag will tear cause of the sticky wrap
