Campaign rules

This campaign is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited. The campaign runs from June 17, 2026 until August 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, unless ended earlier by Separett.

Promotional discount codes are limited to the first 100 approved eligible entries. Separett reserves the right to end, suspend, or modify the campaign at any time, including before August 15, 2026, for any reason, including if all available promotional discount codes have been issued.

To be eligible, the submitted photo must be a high-resolution photo of a clean Separett product in a real setting. The photo must feature Separett Villa, Villa Extend, Tiny, Weekend Prime, Privy, Pee, Rescue Camping, or another current Separett product.

No waste may be visible. Product-only images, unsafe content, offensive content, misleading content, or content that does not meet these rules will not be approved.

All entries are reviewed by Separett before any promotional discount code is issued. Separett may approve or reject entries based on these rules and its reasonable review of each submission. Approval is not guaranteed.

The $20 promotional discount code is valid at separett.shop. The discount code has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, resold, or applied to prior purchases, and does not apply to shipping, taxes, or duties. One promotional discount code per person, household, Instagram account, and submitted photo. The promotional discount code expires 12 months after the date it is issued.

By submitting a photo, tagging @Separettusa, and using the campaign hashtags, you confirm that you own the photo and have the right to submit it. You also confirm that the photo does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal rights, and that any identifiable people shown in the photo have given permission for the photo to be submitted and used by Separett.

By submitting an approved entry and receiving the $20 promotional discount code, you grant Separett Inc. and its affiliated companies a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, edit, crop, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use the submitted photo, your social media handle, and any accompanying caption for marketing, advertising, promotional, website, email, social media, paid advertising, print, and other commercial purposes, without additional payment or further approval.

You agree that any statements you make about Separett or its products must reflect your honest opinions and experiences and must not be false, misleading, or unsupported.

By participating, you release Separett Inc., its affiliates, Instagram, and Meta from any claims or liability related to your participation in this campaign or Separett’s use of your submitted content as permitted by these rules.
