Unlike many companies that run seasonal sales or weekend promotions, Separett does not participate in short-term price reductions such as Black Friday, Memorial Day, or other campaign events. We keep our prices stable and fair year-round.

Same Price Across All Resellers

In the U.S., all authorized resellers of Separett products follow the same pricing structure. Whether you buy directly from us at separett.shop or from another authorized partner, you can trust that you are paying a fair price.

Confidence in Your Purchase

Should we, under unlikely circumstances, decide to permanently lower the price of a product, or temporarily reduce it on separett.shop you can shop with confidence knowing you are protected:

  • If the price of your purchased product drops within 30 days of your order, you may contact us for a refund of the difference.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • This guarantee applies only to purchases made directly on separett.shop, and only for prices publicly advertised on our site.

Exclusions & Conditions

To keep the policy fair, certain situations are not eligible:

  • The product must be the exact same SKU, version, and condition (e.g., Tiny with urine container vs. Tiny with urine tube are not interchangeable).
  • Prices on outlet, refurbished, open-box, discontinued, or clearance units are excluded.
  • Bundles, package deals, or offers with free accessories, services, or shipping incentives are excluded.
  • Discount codes, personal coupons, gift cards, loyalty program pricing, or other reseller-specific offers are excluded.
  • Only publicly available prices advertised on separett.shop qualify (foreign pricing or currency differences are excluded).
  • Refunds cover only the product price itself, not shipping, handling, or taxes.
  • Original proof of purchase and proof of the lower price are required.
  • Price drop in case of discontinuation of a product is excluded
  • Human errors excluded - Separett Inc. reserves the right to correct pricing mistakes.
