I have three Separett composting toilets in some hunting property where septic isn't practical. I bought the first one about 7 or 8 years ago and two more since then. They work beautifully. I had a defect in seat of the most recent one purchased so I called the company to report it and they replaced it without question. I am very happy with the product and the company's integrity in standing behind their product.

USPS lost my order, called the company they had no issue resending me my order and I had it within 3 days! Thank you

Using it is comfortable with no odor and the fan is so quiet.

Easy to install and works great for keeping the buns warm on a cold day/night. We are situated close to the Boundary Waters so it gets quite cold up here in the winter. Kudos to the customer service department for keeping me informed of my orders. 👍 Thank you!

Wow. Lay your worries down. I am writing this with tears of gratitude brimming in my eyes. I was so nervous to go off grid with my lady. She’s classy and does not like to make sacrifices on her hygiene or necessities!
I’ve had issues that were entirely my doing. I’ll be the first to admit I’m not a mechanical or handy fella. I got help installing the tiny. It leaked. I thought it leaked from a front line but they assured me it was the back. I followed their instructions and it’s fixed. I no longer have any apprehension about
Using the toilet off grid. I like it much better than regular plumbing. LITERALLY. EVERY CALL. EVERY EMAIL. they reply promptly with a thoughtful and helpful response! Once I was returning a U-Haul truck and trying to make a deadline and did not reply and they REPLIED AGAIN !!! Making sure I didn’t have any issues before the weekend !!! I was floored and blown away. This company genuinely cares and wants to assist with their product. It’s a top notch company and product. I have yet to hear I don’t know or felt like they did not care about helping me. I will always support this company ! I’ve spent literally 10s of thousands of dollars on a product and not receive this type of service after the fact. I wish everyone did business like this company ! Oh what a dream that would be !!! I wanted a container that didn't connect to a black water tank and this was an easy solution to convert the Separett Tiny - fit perfectly.

I've used these since installing my Separett and they appear to be working. I didn't want to try anything else, other than what the manufacturer recommended, for fear that I may cause damage to the pee pipe. So far, these seem to be preventing any blockage or build-up and I will continue to use them.
